I specialise in bold watercolours of nature - and my paintings are as diverse in style and subject as nature itself.
I also work in charcoal, pastels and photography - and write poetry; using whichever medium best suits the subject, although I definitely have a love affair with watercolour! Its fluid, unpredictable, layering properties mirror our ever-changing dynamic natural world. Every time I pick up my brushes I'm excited to see what will unfold.
Many of my paintings are of St Kilda Melbourne, where I live, with some from Emsworth and Goodwood in England, where I grew up.
I'm so lucky to be able to create paintings that give joy - to you, or for you to give to someone special. I'm honoured to be able to do this and to share our beautiful world in this way.
Twice a year I update my subscribers about my latest paintings, exhibitions and community projects I've been working on - and announce who has won the annual free A3 print of their favourite painting.
